its funny how people in fandoms think theyre comedic geniuses for ruining text posts
"ruining" is giving them a little too much credit
it’s more like they tacked a sticky note that says “butts” to their television and started laughing uncontrollably about ruining the 5 o’clock news report
i appreciate the analogy
In the next episode, Blaine forgives Kurt (well, puppet!Kurt) for…what, exactly?
For understandably breaking up with him after Blaine cheated on him?
For “ignoring Blaine” in New York, even though Blaine was calling him while Kurt was working and Blaine had been the one encouraging Kurt to go to New York in the first place?
For hooking up with him during Valentine’s Day and not getting back together with Blaine, even though Kurt made it perfectly clear the hook-up didn’t mean anything from the beginning?
For accepting Blaine’s “apologies”, even though he never apologized for blaming Kurt for the cheating?
For getting back together with Blaine AND accepting Blaine’s proposal, even though Blaine has done nothing to prove since they broke up that he is trustworthy and truly loves Kurt for who he is (rather than just the idea of him).
For cheating on him…oh wait, that was Blaine who did that, not Kurt.
For blaming him for his own mistakes and never apologizing for it…oh wait, Blaine was the one who did that, not Kurt.
Alright, makes total sense, Glee.
If a single teacher can’t teach all the subjects… then how can they expect a single student to learn all of them?
My guesse would be specialization. A teacher should know a lot more about the subject than what you are expected to learn in highschool. By the time you start specializing in college (and therefore learning things to a significant level) you are more or less only going to be taking the relevant courses (plus electives).
If teachers specialize then they can do a better job teaching their focus subject than if each teacher was trying to teach all the subjects. It’s like the ‘specialist vs jack-of-all-trades’ thing. Teachers are not a fixed book of knowledge. They are always learning too, and teaching one subject or few subjects helps increase the knowledge of that/those subjects. Again, students in highschool are just getting a base education that they will later build on when they choose what to specialize in
